We’ve navigated a constantly changing landscape over the past 18 months, where simple freedoms became luxuries. Amidst it all, what has been truly uplifting to experience is the community spirit and kindness shown by so many.

Collaboration, togetherness and community are part of the fabric of The James, and even as we emerge from this pandemic, continuing to keep our residents and teams safe is our single, most important priority. 

Our Residents 

We have several measures in place to ensure our residents feel safe in their private apartments whilst also still being able to confidently use the shared spaces.

• Rigorously cleaned twice a day 

• Hand sanitiser points in place throughout

Our Team 

Our team are always informed of the latest guidance and are there to help you live safely and follow the measures in place. They will: 

• Always observe the 2m distance rule

• Keep The James App up to date and provide regular communication updates.
